Hair and nails are an apparent show of our way of living. Capimin is a food supplement for nourishment of hair and nails. Hair and nails are special forms of saved horn. They are built from keratin and dead tissue. The cells producing keratin are the quickest proliferating cells in the human body and therefore they also have significantly decreased claims on nutrients intake. Methionin and cystin are the most important amino acids for formation of keratin – hair and nail proteins. Their content in food determines the quality of hair and nails. Pantothenic acid is also important for healthy development and hair and nails growth and helps at the healing of strokes because it takes a share in protein synthesis. Biotin helps to protect against early canities and hair loss and has a positive influence on the skin.

Recommended daily dosage

Children 1 capsule daily, adults 1-2 capsules daily. It is not intended for children under the age of 3. It is convenient for long term use (minimal 1 month, optimal 3 month).
