Multi plus is a modern supplement with needed content of 10 vitamins and 9 minerals in optimal balanced proportion. It shows the high level of the usability and absorbancy of all present active substances. It is supplied in container per 100 tablets.
It helps to increase the organism immunity against infections, has favourable effects at the time of excessive physical and psychical performance and defatigation. Coenzyme Q10, the element similar to vitamins, is partly produced directly in the organism and partly received with food. With increasing age, the natural production is decreased. The main role of Coenzyme Q10 is to produce energy, increase efficiency and regenerate organism. Our body isn’t able to produce vitamins and minerals by itself, they are supplied through the food.

Effects

The tendency to limit intake of food is on various reduction diets and the composition of nourishment is often fixed up so that the intake of energy component is also limited. Then the situation often occurs when the sufficient intake of biologically active substances from the group of vitamins and minerals isn’t ensured.

The product Multi plus has such a composition that it ensures optimal proportions of vitamins and minerals. The minerals are bounded in the lactate form what ensures effective usage and practical no negative reaction of mucosa of the digestive tract. Conversely, this form shows a high level of absorbability and is fully physiologic.

When to use the product…

Recommended daily dosage

- 2 tablets at low weight

- 1-2 tablets for increasing the immunity

- 1-2 tablets while being on a diet

It is best to be taken with or just after a meal during the day. Don’t consume it together with another supplement containing vitamin D. Ministry of Health allows the maximum daily intake 10 mg of vitamin D which is ensured by the intake of 2 tablets of the product Multi plus per day. By consummation on an empty stomach could appear mild nausea for a short time (until tablet has dissolved in stomach). But if it’s taken with food the tablet doesn’t get to direct contact with the stomach wall and nausea doesn’t appear. Eventually gastric discomfort isn’t consequence of the tablet ingredients but because of the hard element which presses on the stomach wall for a while. We don’t recommend consuming the supplement on an empty stomach.

It isn’t intended for children under the age of 12. The product contains vitamins from the B group vitamins that stimulate the appetite. If the weight increasing isn’t desirable we recommend eliminating the possible sense of hunger by consuming an apple or a low fat yogurt. Conversely, in the case when the weight increasing is desirable we recommend using the preparation together with a substantial meal (lunch, dinner)

Contraindication and adverse reaction

Contraindications and adverse reactions aren’t known by adhering to the recommended dosage. In more sensitive persons, the hot flush can occur for a short time and then disappear within a few moments. This phenomenon isn’t worth worrying about. It is a normal physiological reaction to the presence of the increased amount biologically active substances in an empty stomach. Because of this we don’t recommend the consummation of this product on an empty stomach.
