Osteo is a modern preparation with a high content of good absorbable calcium and other substances necessary for effective strengthening bones. Osteo is a specially developed food supplement in the cases of diagnostic osteopenia and osteoporosis. It is supplied in container per 100 tablets.

Active ingredients

Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Fluorine, Vitamin D3. Minerals (calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, copper) are bound in the lactate form, part of calcium is in the form of citrate and phosphate.

It is best to be taken with or just after a meal during the day. Dosage depends on the intake of calcium in nourishment, that means how often are consumed especially milk products. The high level of recommended dosage is intended for cases of no use of dairy products.
