Menostabil contains purely natural extracts which serve as a source of natural substances (phytoestrogens) with effects similar to the female sex hormone estrogen. Red clover (Trifolium pratense) is one of the richest sources of phytoestrogens. The clover contains 4 isoflavones (daidzein, genistein, formononetin and biochanin A). These isoflavones, phytoestrogens from Dioscorea villosa and Angelica sinensis represent a dose of 40-80 mg of isoflavones (i.e. 1-2 capsules of Menostabil) which help restore the hormonal balance and affect the unpleasant symptoms of menopause in a positive way. Phytoestrogens have a protective effect on vascular and cardiovascular system and a positive effect on bone density. Hypericum perforatum extract supports serotonin metabolism. Serotonin moderates insomnia, nervousness and anxiety and affects the brain functions without side effects.
Adults: 1-2 capsules a day after eating. Take 1 capsules a day after eating as a relief from mild symptoms and 2 capsules a day after eating as a relief from more severe symptoms.

Hypericum perforatum can make skin photosensitive. Photosensitivity manifests itself by irregular redness of the skin after staying in the sun for a longer period of time and people with this reaction should avoid staying in the sun for too long.
